Grand Harvest Traders
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled by Grand Harvest Traders (“Company”, “we”, “us”) for the supply of vegetables, fruits, dairy products, and related goods (“Products”).
By placing an order with us, you agree to this Policy.
- Nature of Products
All Products supplied by Grand Harvest Traders are perishable in nature. Due to hygiene, safety, and quality considerations, returns and refunds are strictly limited.
- Order Cancellations
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery.
Cancellation requests must be communicated in advance and are subject to acceptance by the Company.
Subscription-based orders may be cancelled or modified by contacting our live support agent, subject to prior notice.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Supply of incorrect items
Proven quality defects reported at the time of delivery
Shortage in quantity identified upon delivery
Any issue must be reported immediately at the time of delivery. Requests raised after acceptance of goods will not be entertained.
- Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds shall not be applicable in the following cases:
Change of mind after delivery
Delay caused due to traffic, weather, or unavoidable circumstances
Market price fluctuations
Improper storage or handling by the customer after delivery
Issues reported after acceptance of delivery
