  1. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of a business entity and are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.

  1. Orders & Order Confirmation

Orders may be placed through the website, phone calls, WhatsApp, or via a live support agent. All orders are subject to product availability, price confirmation, and acceptance by the Company. Grand Harvest Traders reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel any order without prior notice in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Pricing & Market Variations

Prices of vegetables, fruits, and dairy products are subject to daily market fluctuations. Prices confirmed at the time of order acceptance shall be applicable for that specific delivery only. Any future orders or subscription renewals may be charged at revised rates. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  1. Subscription Services

Customers may opt for daily, weekly, or customized subscription-based supply services. Subscription renewal, modification, or cancellation can be done by contacting our live support agent. The Company reserves the right to revise subscription pricing, delivery frequency, or terms with or without prior notice.

  1. Delivery

We strive to ensure timely and reliable delivery as per agreed schedules. However, delivery times are indicative and may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, supply disruptions, or other factors beyond our control. Delays shall not constitute a breach of contract or give rise to claims for damages.

  1. Quality Assurance & Acceptance

All Products are quality-checked before dispatch and handled with due care. Customers are required to inspect the Products at the time of delivery. Any shortage, damage, or quality issue must be reported immediately upon delivery. Acceptance of delivery shall be deemed as confirmation of satisfactory condition.

Due to the perishable nature of Products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted.
